With you on the weekday after placing your order, as long as it is placed before 2 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
You will also receive a 1-hour window in which your parcel will be delivered. So you don't have to wait all day!
Your delivery may require a signature on arrival. Next-day delivery is not applicable for orders with embroidery. Please allow up to 2 to 5 working days to dispatch embroidery orders.

We have retail outlets in Banstead, Byfleet, and Richmond in the UK and Internationally at Nice and Paris in France, Malaga in Spain and Brussels in Belgium. Should you live locally to one of our stores, you can collect your order there, free of delivery charge.
Order for store collection must be placed 2 working days before the collection date.
