Coronavirus Update

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support, during these uncertain times. All our shops in the UK are now open for customers.

We continue to focus our available capacity on delivering goods to customers all over the UK and Europe promptly, while also adhering to high cleaning measures and social distancing guidance within our distribution centres to keep our Customers & Employees safe and healthy. We use DPD and TNT for our deliveries, they continue to deliver and collect safely to your homes and offices throughout the UK and Internationally in a safe and contactless manner. Due to increased safety measures with our UK Warehouse, we are currently experiencing a slight delay with our delivery lead time to around 4 to 5 working days.  

For international deliveries - Brexit will not complicate deliveries to our Valued European customers, as we have now opened our new distribution and admin centre within the European Union, therefore avoiding the complexities of shipping from the Uk, and can assure our customers that this will ensure a smooth, and obstruction-free service in the future.

Our mission has always been to serve you – and rest assured, that will continue. You can still choose to have orders delivered safely to your home (Free postage on orders over £50 UK Mainland only). We are also offering our Click and Collect service from our shops. You can shop anytime via our website or by phone 020 8332 7999, Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5 pm.
