We have designed our new site so it is just as aesthetically pleasing as our products. The redesign also makes our online store even easier to navigate, allowing you to find what you are looking for quicker than ever before.

One reason for our redesign is to improve your shopping experience. We have made it even easier to take advantage of our Embroidery option. Products for which our embroidery option is available now have an easy-to-use form within the product information page.

In this form, you can type what you want to be embroidered on to your product, what font you want it in, and where you want the writing to be positioned. For embroidering logos on to our products, we still allow you to email in artwork and we will get back to you the next business day with a price, illustration of what it will look like, and a delivery estimate for your new branded products.

We have also made it even easier to see the premium quality of our products. For example, if you are looking at our Luxury Modal Towels, you can now click on the thumbnails below the main product image to view a larger image. Hovering over this image then allows you to zoom. This allows you to get ‘up close’ and view the quality of our products before you buy.

The new shopping basket is also easier to use because it shows you the delivery rates before checkout, and makes it easier to change your shipping options and enter exclusive voucher codes.

With a quick summary of your shopping basket at the top of the website, you can see exactly how much you will be spending at checkout no matter where you are on our site. This means that you will not discover any extra charges when you go to checkout, allowing you to select your new cotton linen without worrying about overspending.
